1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your monthly Wul Week juice subscription anytime through your Shopify customer account.
Simply log in, go to “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel Subscription.”
If you experience any issues cancelling through your account, please contact us directly at hello@wulweek.com or call +44 7398 158916, and we’ll assist you right away.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 5 working days before your next billing date.
Cancellations made after this time will apply to the following month’s delivery.

2. Refunds After Cancellation
Because our juices are fresh and perishable, we’re unable to issue refunds once an order has been billed or shipped.
If your cancellation is received before the 5-working-day cutoff, your next payment will be stopped automatically.

3. Pause or Skip a Month
Need a break but don’t want to lose your subscription benefits?
You can easily pause or skip your next delivery through your account dashboard without cancelling your subscription.

Wul Week Ltd may update this cancellation policy or subscription terms from time to time.
We’ll always give 14 days’ notice for any significant changes via email or website updates.
Continued use of your subscription after these changes means you accept the new terms.
