We want you to love your WulWeek juices. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle it.
No Returns for Perishable Goods
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our juices, we cannot accept returns once your order has been shipped. This is to ensure all products remain safe and high quality for every customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Eligibility
We may offer a refund or replacement if:
- Products are damaged in transit.
- You received the wrong items.
- Your order did not arrive.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You provided an incorrect address.
- You missed the delivery and products spoiled.
- You changed your mind after shipping.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
