At WulWeek, we work hard to ensure your juices arrive fresh, chilled and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
  • We ship Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays and ensure your juices arrive fresh.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) may be processed the next working day.

 

Shipping Method & Delivery

  • We use chilled courier services with insulated packaging to maintain freshness.
  • Orders are shipped using NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the UK only.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
  • As our juices are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.

Freshness Guarantee

  • All juices are made fresh and pasteurised for shelf life.
  • Keep refrigerated at 4°C or lower immediately upon arrival.
  • Shelf life is 7–14 days from delivery (check bottle for expiry date).

Missed Deliveries & Responsibility

  • If delivery is missed and the courier cannot redeliver the same day, we cannot take responsibility for spoilage due to delays.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Damages or Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our order platform with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
